A powerful aspect of this counseling is the use of your natal Star Chart. When you jump into talking about something that has been on your mind, your Star Chart helps give a bigger perspective of your situation. 

When seeing this perspective, the worries and troubles grow smaller and smaller until they become simply what lead you to the discovery of a vaster understanding of yourself and your path.
